this may seem like a stupid question but I just deposited a check (not a payroll check) so it will take them a couple days to clear it. However, they added the funds to my account immediately. I know the check will clear 100% so can I withdraw without a penalty right now?
thanksdepends on how much was already in your account..
if you already had 400.00 in your account and the check is for 350.00
that 400.00 will cover the check..
that's what it sounds like to me.if it was deposited as cash it is available immediately. a check is available the next business day. :)If they did not tell you there would be a "hold" on the funds, they should be available immediately. There would not be a penalty unless the check bounces and then you would have bounced checks and the fees for those.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
