Okay so, when this school week started, my friend and I walked to the Girls Locker Room to warm up and use the bathroom because we were hella cold. After we were done we walk out of the Bathroom stalls and Randy, the campus monitor, ask what we were doing and he suspected that we were popping ecstasy. He didn't search us but he almost did because he obviously thinks we're doing drugs when we're just using the bathroom, and we didn't even have anything bad on us. Three days later, on Thursday, the Vice Principal calls Me, Johnna, AShlee, and Alex and talk to us one by one. They wanted us to give them information so we can help them with an investigation on the school campus. There was a lot of drug dealing taking place during school. So, we all answered the questions the VP needed to try and get the drug dealers expelled, and we told them that we have purchased ecstasy on school grounds. The VP said it was going to be kept confidential and we wouldn't be getting suspended for it for cooperating and being honest about our involvement. And today, the Principal called the 5 of us to talk to him. He was asking questions and typing it up on the computer, basically it was like a typed up statement and had us sign it conffirming that it was what we said. He said we were going to be suspended and the reason was for Poss/Sold/Furn ecstasy and for buying on school campus and possessing. This happened a month ago before they tried suspending me now.
Question..how can they suspend me when they dont have evidence I did it and I wasn't in possession when they now started to interrogate me. And they also said my friends and I werent going to be in trouble if we were cooperative.You need to get your parents involved and contact a lawyer. You are right they cant do this to you but you need legal help. They are trying to use your signed confession for suspension. All of you friends can get together and plead to sway the decision. At least if some of you could talk to your parents, it will be adult dialogue between parents and the school authorities. Hopefully they may show some sympathy for first time mistake.
Please don't mess around with drugs at all, and definitely not around the school. NO THEY CANTS!

there is some dumb teachers and princaples now a daysUnfortunately you will need to appeal the schools decision by involving your parents or an Attorney. Schools and school officials are not held to the same standards as Law Enforcement. If you are in their buildings, using their facilities while under their care and supervision; you are screwed. dude, that sucks so bad!!! i don't think that they have any more proof that your confession but if they told u that they were not going to suspend u, then y the hell they trying to do that now, if your parents know talk to them and if u don't want to get expelled, talk to someone else that has a higher position that that of the principles. my best friend confessed that she had bought mj at school but it was for being cooperative, they didn't suspend her but they did tell their parents. if your parents don't know, tell them. it sounds completely stupid but just do it. be sincere about it too. tell them that u now it was wrong and u will NEVER do it again... mean it. cause now u know what real trouble it gets u in...
tell them that the vp said u wouldn't get in trouble... trust me, if ur parents get involved, in the long run things will be much easier to deal with.
i got in a fight with a really tall chick who kicked me to the ground(were u lost my breath for about 2 minutes and couldn't get up), i stood up and as short that i was i smacked her, her skin turned red and since she was respectfully white, she had more evidence that i had slapped her so i was the one that got suspended because it was my word against her evidence. same thing with u, u "said" u bought some but do they have any evidence to conflict u? no, don't think so(based on ur short paragraph). so consult ur parents and lenniantly challange ur principal.
