1st Page does not have php previewing abilities within it. You need to either upload your files to a webserver account that supports PHP or you have to set up a personal webserver on your machine. If you do the latter, prepare for some major learning curve issues. There are a number of server packages that combine all the tools you need. They go by acronyms like LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) WAMP (Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and WIMP (Windows, IIS, MySQL, PHP) .
Tell us a bit more about what type of website you have and what your computer is (capacity, Operating System and Version, etc.) and perhaps we can help some more.

One more thing, i cannot get a interpreter?? I found one editor that i has the same problem. I solve this with interpretor, but the editor has this opition.
